Our Response To COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

The health of all our local communities is the top priority for us at Ocean Park Realty.  We are following the stay-at-home advisory from the Governor’s office and all our agents are working from home.  We are thankful that we are able to do this, and are so appreciative of the essential workers who are working tirelessly to keep our community fed and safe.  That said, we are still making ourselves available to service our buyer and seller agents. Our agents have adapted and are finding creative ways to help you find or sell your home! Our agents are happy to connect via Zoom and FaceTime to ensure that you're getting the stellar service that you have come to expect from Ocean Park Realty.

Additionally, during this time, you can view all the currently listed properties on our website.

Virtual Showings - We have had owners or (in the case of a vacant property) a broker take a video of the home, or use technologies such as FaceTime to show clients around a home. Please don't hesitate to ask about virtual showing options.

Leveraging Technology - We use an online system to manage all the documentation that goes along with a real estate transaction, so you can sign and upload documents from the comfort of your home.

Ocean Park Realty is here to help.  You can contact us through our website and choose one of our trusted realtors who can answer your questions.  Whether you are contemplating a move now or in the future, they’ll be happy to offer advice and suggestions so you can make an informed decision.

    Biking in Martha's Vineyard

Bikes on Martha's VineyardOne of the best ways to see the Vineyard is on a bike. Martha's Vineyard boasts over 44 miles of biking trails and roadways throughout the island. Whether you just want to enjoy a leisurely stroll or find something more challenging, Martha's Vineyard offers something for everyone.

Many roads in Martha's Vineyard are well suited for cycling with paved multi-use paths that are separated from vehicle traffic. For safety, it's best to stay on those paths. Here are a few suggested routes.

Beach Road Path (5.4 Miles One-Way)

    • Beach Road Path is one of the most popular trails on the island. It's a flat road the entire way and follows the beach. There's nothing better than a mid-ride swim!

State Forest Loop (10 Mile Loop)

    • The State Forest Loop begins at the state park entrance, moves over to the Greenlands and then circles Thimble Farm. The path surrounds the Manual F. Correllus State Forest, which has more than 5,300 acres of forest.

West Tisbury Center to Aquinnah Cliffs (12 Miles One-Way)

    • This trail features spectacular 150-foot cliffs looking at the miles of shoreline below.

No matter the path you decide, be sure to bike around the island safely! It's the law in Massachusetts for every rider to be wearing a helmet.

If you have any questions about the Vineyard, or if you're interested in buying or selling, contact Ocean Park Realty today or start your home search online.
