Why Work With Ocean Park Realty?

Ocean Park Realty’s Marilyn Moses is an excellent real estate agent who helped us a great deal in the purchase of our dream home. Her excellence as a realtor is the result of the combination of many skills: the ability to evaluate the Island real estate market, both currently and historically; her deep knowledge of Oak Bluffs and the surrounding towns; her ability to coordinate and be proactive while dealing with multiple parties; the problem-solving mindset she possesses which results in increased efficiency; her integrity in not cutting corners to “make things easier”— which is never the reality; her tenacity in staying on top of the negotiations and keeping all parties “in the loop”; and a proven track record of sales. Just as important to us was Marilyn’s sunny disposition, and the way she brought positivity and kindness to our real estate purchase—a process that was, at times, more like an ordeal than a step forward. Even after the purchase was complete, Marilyn continued to check in with us on a few details and welcome us to the area. In today’s world, and especially in the arena of real estate, it can be hard to find a professional like Marilyn, a person you can trust to guide you with integrity and attention to detail. If we ever buy or sell another property on Martha’s Vineyard, Ocean Park Realty is the only real estate agency we will call!
